I thought the 2024 was on the Lithionics Lithium System. I am looking into these and am I mistaken or are the still on the volta for 2024? Is the new system around 20k watt hours? Thank you for clarifying as I know they were on the volta in 2023 & do you know if any changes to the power system for 2025 are being made?

This is the newest 2024 model with the nice upgrades. Beautiful light grey color cabinetry and residential style square stainless steel sink that I love! My question is regarding the induction cooktop. I really, really don’t want or like the one burner induction cooktop. Can that be swapped out for a 2 burner propane gas cooktop instead? Also, is it a convection microwave? If not, can that be swapped out for a convection microwave?

I just purchased A Vienna from Johnson RV this February. You should know how difficult it is to get warranty service from Johnson RV. I have one small issue I want to take care of. To get service I was told I needed to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. OK reasonable enough. But they do not trouble shoot your RV for another week. They hold your RV in the impound yard for a week, locked up. Only when it has been in their lot for a week will they even look at it. Then they will look at the problem and request approval from Renegade. At that point you can either leave you RV at Johnsons waiting for approval and parts and get your RV back in three or 4 weeks. Or if you need your RV you can take it back after the troubleshooting, wait three weeks for a new appointment, leave it for a week in their lot after the appointment and then have the part installed. So if you need minor warranty service from Johnsons RV figure they have your RV for a month or they have your RV for 3 weeks and a second time for two weeks. I use my RV frequently so I will not go through this "designed to frustrate" warranty service program. I have never in my long life seen such poor customer service.
